Venue FAQ’s

In order for us to hold your date, we require a $1,000 deposit. We also have a small contractual agreement, designed to protect both you and the owners of Saddle Oak Barn. We will hold your date with the deposit, but ask that you get us the signed agreement within 15 days.

This largely depends on decisions you make about your ceremony location as well as weather for the day. We own the property next door and therefore have accessibility to park on property as well as to utilize the gravel road beside the barn. We will provide parking attendants to guide your guest and offer shuttle service utilizing a golf cart for those guest that may need support or those parked further away. In the event of rain or wet conditions, we may have to have guest park off site and will shuttle them to and from their cars to prevent property damage.

During periods that are not prime wedding season, we will consider a single day rate, however our intention with the pricing structure we offer is to remove much of the stress and anxiety for couples and families by allowing a day in advance for preparation and decorating and the morning following for final clean up. If you do not wish to have the full weekend package we will consider during non-peak times.

No property damage. All garbage/trash bagged and placed in the dumpster. Return the tables and chairs to storage conditions. Sweep any large debris from the floor. Remove all property that was brought on site for the event.

Coming in September of 2022, we will have a separate groom’s quarters for the groom and all of his groomsmen. This is located in the Red Barn on the property and will include a small refrigerator, air conditioning and heating as well as WIFI, a SMART TV and a place to relax before the ceremony. A pool table and poker table are also accessible for some friendly games to pass the time away.

A modern Bridal Suite is in process, but until it is complete, the bride and her bridal party will make use of the Master Suite in our on site home.
