Pricing For Events

Weekend Wedding Pricing – $2,500

• This package includes access from 7 am on Friday through Noon on Sunday. This allows time for decorating/preparing, rehearsal and dinner if desired as well as clean up that can be done the following Sunday versus Saturday after the event. 
• This package includes seating and tables for 175 people as well as serving tables for food, cake, etc… Does not include linens. If additional or different seating is desired, we can work with you and a number of rental companies to help you get the seating you desire. Any incremental seating will be charged.
• If needed, we have 5 propane heaters that will be available for heat. 

Weekend Wedding Pricing (venue and coordination) – $3,000

• This includes all of the things from above, as well as day of coordination. The coordinator will get all contact info from all of your vendors and arrange arrival time, set up, etc. 
• The coordinator will also put together a wedding day timeline in coordination with the photographer to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. 
• The coordinator will ensure a smooth transition from ceremony to reception. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring that guests know where to go, where to sit, what to do in the transition to the reception. 
• The coordinator will assist with any day of needs from the Bride and/or Groom as well as assist with any last minute setup needed the day of. 
• The coordinator will attend the rehearsal to ensure that a smooth practice run is done and the whole bridal party is informed on what to do.
